What Is The Beltline?
The Beltline, a 22-mile loop of historic railroad that encircles downtown and midtown, will add new green space, mixed-use developments and neighborhood connectivity to Atlanta. It will connect 40 Atlanta parks and provide easy access to other venues along the corridor and to MARTA.

Associate Broker, William Fleming, and Realtor, Cristina Wilkerson expertly manage this division. Fleming and Wilkerson pioneered the use of ArcView, a computer program that targets available properties and analyzes them spatially for developers.
Fleming possesses more than 20 years of real estate and urban planning experience. Wilkerson specializes in historic properties and neighborhoods and holds a Master's in Historic Preservation.
